1: What are some health risks, like infection, etc.

2: What can I do to prevent these issues?

3: What should I do the first time I go sinking?

4: Any advice in general.

I'm a guy who loves sinking in mud even though I can't find anything more than ankle deep lake muck. Anyways, just saying hi. I also came for advice on some things:

1. Keep your footwear dry. Dry after use or between outings,. After cleanup, use a medicated foot powder to dry your feet out. Medicated may cool your feet off.
