Well, that's the name that made sense to me, at the time. (Plus it was a way to stick it to the 'search angst' created by a certain band...)

And I understand that there are non-fetishists here. In fact, I applaud the lack of "Why does nearly everything here have to be sexual?" rhetoric. I tried to head it all off with the Home for Quicksand Fetishism on the Internet moniker, but it's still appreciated.

Weird how I never considered this, I would think of myself as a "sinker" but I like "Quicksander" better.

Dave's "Mud tripper" sounds cool to me. It describes the mud arousal phenomenon in all aspects. Trippin, acid trippin, mud trippin, what's next?

I would call them by...their birth name if I knew it.
