It isn't the image that is broken, but a problem with the link to it. When I try to look at the image at http://d.facdn.net/art/samanthavixen/14 ... _svych.jpg, I get the "403 Forbidden" message.

I only got the link to the image. The page pointed to by the url isn't publicly accessible, so no image access. You may have to try uploading it someplace unrestricted where the public can access it.
