Susan's Hidden Jungle - READY! - POLL ADDED! - 7/25/16

Postby sixgunzloaded » Wed Jul 06, 2016 11:43 am

It's finally ready!

Susan's Hidden Jungle is a story I started working on casually a few years ago, getting distracted here and there by other Poser projects, and finally got inspired to finish it after coming back to the forum.

As the name indicates, it's sort of a modern remake of Tarzan's Hidden Jungle which was my first intro to qs and still my favorite Hollywood scene. But no, there's no Tarzan in this version, lol.

It's in HD in 130 single frame pages with captions and dialog on many of them. The first frame is the title page and description of the characters and backstory.

I tried to make this a bit more complete story than I have with most of my previous ones. I wanted to try to create a character that people might actually care a little about as opposed to just a random cutie in the qs. In other words, there is some build-up. But it's in keeping with the scene. :-) To put it in context - if this were the original Tarzan movie, we would be starting from the point where Jill discovers the doctor has gone off with the hunters and decides she must follow them into the jungle to warn him.
To me, that's where the excitement always starts when I watch that movie. It's like foreplay for the qs. :-D

I'm going to post the story at 10 frames per day, skipping weekends, like I did with Space Pirate and Supergirl. I like to think it makes it a little more fun that way rather than just a big flood of pictures all at once and then it's done. I hope you guys agree. :-)

So, please enjoy and please, please leave some feedback! Did you like it or loathe it? Did you like the character and/or care about her? Was there anything in particular that you liked or disliked? What, if anything, would you change? I have a sequel in mind for some point in the future but I wanted to know what you guys thought first. I live for your commentary! lol
