I definitely second that! I used Movie Studio until my needs (or ego!) outgrew the limited number of video tracks you can use! But, as I recall, you can have up to three video tracks, which is plenty for dissolves and CG overlays.
And when you do decide to upgrade to the Pro version, it works identical to Movie Studio, except with a lot more options!
