I've been having trouble logging in the past 2 weeks. I KNOW I'm typing my information correctly. After 1st attempt I get the "capctha" thing and even after 2 rounds of that it wouldn't accept my UN and/or PW, any suggestions?
Thanks,
NTT2

Re: Login Issue
Is this an irregular problem? You seem to be logged in fine right now.

Re: Login Issue
And I got in just fine today but on at least 4 occasions in the last two weeks I've had to jump through security hoops to get logged in. Just wondering if anybody else has been having difficulty.

Re: Login Issue
Well, I did increase the level of spam deterrence about two weeks ago. Currently, you will be prompted with anti-bot countermeasures (captcha) if you provide one bad password. The only bug with this is that, if you use the login at the bottom of the page instead of clicking "login" in the upper-right, then mistype your password, the captcha does not immediately appear, causing a second "failed" login, regardless of whether you type your password correctly the second time. I've run into this a couple of times, myself.

Re: Login Issue
I've been having the same problem here as well for a bit. Also I waited and waited but the captcha didn't appear to me for some reason. So I tried accessing the link on the sign on page that says "I forgot my password." That worked once then it came up captcha againg with no visible message to log in with so I requested a new pass word a second time and this how I am able to post this.
Just curious anyone else have this besided those who already posted here and what have you tried log in? Just curious.

Re: Login Issue
I just tweaked the trigger in a way that will hopefully eliminate the bug I mentioned earlier. If you continue to have problems, let me know.
