Try this. This download utility is designed specifically for retrieving videos from CTV. All you do is paste the URL address link in the window. Maybe it will bypass any issues and let you D/L the clip. I was able to download a copy, but I could see the video too so I cannot confirm if this is a solution for you or not. Worth a try.

It's a trial program that only allows for five 5-minute-or-less downloads before you have to buy it, but you only need one download, right?

Or try downloading the video from this site..I packed it up in a ZIP file (43.3 megabytes)...
