It might actually. The website for the project itself says it's still regarded as an active construction site with 'Keep Out' signage until deemed safe!

I feel it would be in the public interest to monitor this situation on a regular basis--to make sure the material is becoming firm as expected of course!!

But not so keen on outright trespass, which a lot of the more experienced sinkers here are always warning against, right? I had a quick look on Google Maps and it's close to some island used by the Navy? :oops: Perhaps I'm a lil paranoid here but with KEEP OUT signs, the possibility that whoever is building the island might watch it for trespassers and the Navy not too far away probably looking out for any straying boats that, as lovely as that deep gloopy muck looks, a visit is not exactly the bestest of ideas if you don't wanna get fined or jailed or whatever penalties are imposed? :oops:
