I'm not sure what other video you're referring to, so I can't comment on that.

But in this video, she's clearly of age.

It's all about teeth (placement and spacing) and shoulder blade separation. I realize that sounds overly clinical, but those two areas are pretty much immune to genetics, nutrition and fitness. Someone will undoubtedly come along with more erudite remarks about this, but that's the criteria I use when no other information is available.

I would not have expected to find quicksand in the middle of a sandy beach like that!

The beaches I have been to, the sand never lets you sink more than an inch or so before compacting sufficiently to support your weight.

The exception was when I walked around in the tidepools last summer. An area of slightly-submerged beach, located right behind a big boulder, was somehow floating in suspension thanks to the churning tide action. I slowly sank to my knees, which was pretty cool. I think the water was churning around the boulder, and somehow pulling in enough loose sand / agitating the beach enough to make it quick.

obv youve never been to iwade in north kent! theres a whole bay where the sand is so soft n wet you can literally wade up to thigh deep in it!

Clinical?? Teach me more! I'm a horrible judge of age, unless it's blatantly obvious, hate looking at the younger girls. It creeps me out.
