Stephen King books

Postby quickman » Sat Apr 15, 2017 6:00 pm

Any Stephen King fans out there know which books to suggest that have quicksand scenes? I know of a few but I'm sure there must be more.
"The Dead Zone" had a scene where a man drowns in quicksand. There were also mentions of it in "IT" and "Salem's Lot". Any other's that I should look out for?

Those are the only ones I know of... alas. He also hinted of it in Pet Semitary. (His spelling)

It's also mentioned in passing in one of the Gunslinger novels. Might be Wolves of the Calla but not 100% sure. The only actual sinking scene he ever wrote is the one in Dead Zone though.
"They are rage, brutal, without mercy. But you....you will be worse. Rip and tear, until it is done."
