After escaping the plantation, the runaway slave enters into a swamp and stumbles into quicksand! None of the slave catchers can find her, but there is no one else around to save her!!

Here is another damsel in distress! If you notice, I'm starting to make more use of face light, lighting and shadows to enhance the scenes, a more 'dramatic' look!

The poor woman is trying to keep perfectly still. If she moves or struggles, she will sink further into the quicksand and die sooner than later!!

Love the more dramatic look in this piece, and I really like the smooth, strong thickness in her arms. She does indeed look to be stuck.

Dealing with drug gangs, smuggling and drug deals was one thing, but encountering quicksand in the Columbian Jungles was quite unexpected!
