It's called the "Black Demonic Bunny Outfit" from the Vendom shop, it was a prize from an Easter time scavenger hunt, so I don't think available for purchase, but there is a red version of it you can buy from them, pretty much the same, but red. I included a couple more images of the black outfit, enjoy ^_^
