Help with describing the quicksand fetish

Hello, I’m trying to describe the quicksand fetish but it’s kinda hard to describe what it’s like or how this fetish even came about. If you can help me describe it and what’s so good about it I’d appreciate it.

That would be like trying to describe colors to a person blind from birth.

But to translate it, perhaps "the zing you felt every time you caught a glimpse of your first high school crush" would make a good start.

As with crushes, no one quite knows whence fetishes arise.

I don't think this question CAN be answered without a prior definition or explanation of what one means by the term "fetish." I believe there is a clinical definition but the term seems to be assigned a much, MUCH broader definition here.

Good luck with that. I self identified as having a quicksand fetish over 20 years ago, and I still don't really get it, or can describe it. I just live it.
