Quicksand Video rules
Always walk around with almost no clothes on. This is safe and people will not bother you. Second, always walk alone except for the camera guy following you. Third - be totally blind and do not see that huge muddy area you are about to walk into. Use vines whenever possible, as they break and return to nature. If you put your toe into quicksand, you cannot ever pull it out. A quicksand pit is 7.5 miles deep. That depth is within 2 inches of solid ground. If you are sinking, do not turn around for the solid ground 2 feet behind you but continue forward for the 22 feet to solid ground far away. Always dig your way out. Always try to pull your legs out while sinking. Remove clothing and bat the air with it - a sure way to escape.

There's a Youtube channel I like to watch called Cinema Sins that goes though popular movies and points out funny errors in continuity, logic, etc. Would be hilarious to have them "Sin" a quicksand vid.

This one is even better than the last!
Glad you revisited the toe thing. That's the best one IMO.

How about: wait until you have sunk for five minutes up to your shoulders, then you say “I think this might be quicksand!”

And yet, we still love to watch such videos!
