Yeah, I’ve personally never been but if ya look at the maps they have street view pics, and from the satellite you can see a pond of mud, when you go to street view you can see signs telling people to stay on solid ground due to the exposed sinking mud

Deer Creek has also been drained from the looks of it a bit, might check out the resevoir

May want to keep tabs on Hinkley lake as the are draining it for dredging. I'm curious where they'll take all that beautiful mud to.

if you're in Northeast Ohio this is the spot for you. at Lake Erie Bluffs there's some cliffs made of sand/dirt/clay. The cliffs with the best quicksand are located past the furthest western point of the trail. It takes a bit of climbing to get to them but dang is it ever worth it. I've gone multiple times and am always able to sink wait deep at least. Plus, thanks to the storms and erosion, the quicksand is always different and fresh
