It looks mildly interesting when this photo was taken. There's no context because we don't know where it is. The only way to know what the current situation is will be to go there and walk around. Nobody ever understands how dynamic locations usually are and what might be incredible one day is completely gone 24 hours later. I've seen it happen more than once. Back in the old days it was all about ground truth. There's really no substitute for that.
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for over 20 years. Thank you.

Okay, that tells us more really than the photo. It's an area not all that far from me and I'm somewhat familiar with it. It's on a shallow bend in a big river surrounded by flat land with a swamp on the other side. Impossible to say exactly where but if you visit the area in the summer when the water is low, I'd be amazed if you didn't find something fun. It would certainly be a great place to explore.
