Places to avoid: Add to the map? Another map layer?

I had a not-good experience earlier this month, and I have seen little in the way of "Avoid this place", and nothing like a list of such.
So what I'm saying, is have at least, a list, and at most, a version of the QS map showing all the user-submitted places to stay away from.
Only issue I can think of, a bad actor could copy and paste the pins from the other QS maps and add a note to each with a nonsense reason to say away.

Or create a pin with the No symbol, and use it on each of the QS maps in their respective categories e.g. quarries to avoid goes on the quarry map, bogs to avoid go on the bog map, etc.

My non-good experience involved the quarry NE of Shelton, Washington, next to Hwy 3. No interactions with anyone, but all clues point to the place being off-limits, w/o any actual signage saying so. Especially all-around bad feelings about the place that were not a thing until this month (August 2025).

So what about the Quarry in Wilmington NC? Someone mentioned you had to TRESPASS to get there which sounds sketchy enough but what specifically do I need to avoid to get there? I was kinda hoping that the person who found it could explain it better https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=1Wow49QZT6J-OOwoLE0HLq-njpkGg9HLj&ll=34.30683972046881%2C-77.9663559936441&z=15

One thing I've noticed with the map and this is more so with parts of the UK, is the place marker isn't tagged at the location of whats described, ie a mud area or quarry but in a general area often a field or in the middle of a housing estate. And some of the descriptions are a little vague, wet area, deep mud, this doesn't really go into much detail.

I think a lot of deep mud community here in the UK don't want to share there locations and that's a shame, I know some locations get ruined or trashed by groups of guys having fun.

I've noticed that, and I've just done the November push to the protected map with the current changes.

I've noticed they added a pin type for Quicksand Studio locations. These are not allowed on the map. (Not by order of me, but by order of the producers that have access to the map) (Someone once added MPV and 588 to the map. lets just say, that was not good, and I'm definitely not looking to get in trouble with any of the producers!)

Other than that, the edits all seem good.

I look forward to seeing many more improvements on the December Protected Map Changes push.

Thank yuo for not allowing the Studio location on the map. Although the location is not a secret, making it public woyld serve no purpose. All the Studio pits are within visible and audible distance from a house (my house) and anyone trying to sneak in without permission would be detected within minutes if not seconds.
Studio 588 currently offers more than 2200 different HD and QD quicksand videos and has supported production of well over 2400 video scenes and other projects by 20 different producers. Info may be found at:

Anyone here from Kentucky (KY)? There's nothing I could find within an hour of me, quite sad.
