I only have complete records for Studio 588 shoots; that was an MPV shoot. I vaguely recall there was one other crew-person.

David Brand was the other crew member. I'm pretty sure he's a (lurking) member here.

DOH! That's right. 2003 was the first time we went to Studio 588.

And yes, David Brand was there so that got five of us together.
