This is probably T.M.I. on my part, so apologies in advance, but I've had four over the past 20 years and I can tell you from experience, the prep is the worst part. The rest is easy.

For all you folks feeling old in your 50s, here's one for ya... Five years ago, when I was but a lad of 44, somebody at a ticket booth asked me if I wanted "the senior citizen discount."

In the past, I remember getting a "senior's discount" at a restaurant when I was eating out with my parents.
