I'd like to see ANY reasonably fit TV aqctress, or movie actress, who would LIKE to give it a try.

Speaking of the name Ashley how about actress Ashley Tisdale from Hellcats. Any character she'd play would look great in quicksand.

Hmmm...
My choices for live action: Gabrielle Anwar from Burn Notice, Pauley Perette from NCIS, Femi Taylor of RotJ, or Reshma Shetty from Royal Pains. Make it a really slow sink in a thick and sticky quickclay bog--you know, the kind that LOOKS like a pillowy, gooey, undulating pit o' death that SOUNDS like it's some sort of hungry blob-monster that's trying to swallow them alive--to a depth that takes ages to rescue them from. Make them work to get loose.
For animated: Starfire and Raven of the Teen Titans cartoon (because they never got a really GOOD quicksand scene in that show), Charmcaster and Gwen from Ben 10, Dr. Holiday of Generator Rex, and Aayla Secura from the Clone Wars animated series. We need more Twi'leks getting sunk. Are animated characters allowed? Also, I'm drunk.
I'll second this, but we hardly ever get a really good-looking sort of bog in a Hollywood production, you know? THEY'RE the ones with the killer FX and bloated set budgets, and they can make everything ELSE look good, but for some reason, when they try to do quicksand, we almost always get the dry stuff, or cork or sawdust on water. The ones in the Archenemys mud videos are just about perfect. Same with the clay pits in Dave's vids. Dave and friends can do amazing-looking bogs, and these guys are working on a friggin' SHOESTRING. Are the guys in Hollywood just that creatively empty or what? I want some sizzle with my steak--is that too much to ask? Take some friggin' notes from the masters, Hollywood!

Okay. I am dying of envy. When I'm drunk, you can tell by my typing. (Absolutely dead give-away)

Gabrielle did it "The Marsh". Not all bad either.
Every time this topic comes up I feel that we cast too wide a net. Next time let's narrow it down to say current actresses or those from a certain series or something.
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for 27 years. Thank you.

How about Laura Ingalls from Little House on the Prarie? I mean from when she was on the later episodes like when she was teaching at the school house.

I have no clue which celebrity I want to see sinking, but as for voting for The Most Attractive Quicksand Pit...
It's hard to pick a favorite. But without a doubt ALL of the top contenders are from our community! In fact, I've found better-looking stuff than appears in mainstream movies and TV all by myself.
I wouldn't pick on 'em too bad, though. They don't know we exist.
