Re: Newbe
I found a spot today came across this little river and walked along it for some way testing the mud as I went. Then it came out to a pond which was a great resolt. I walked about harf way round and found a area not that big but did have clay mud. I tested it with one leg and I sank to my knee before I had a hard time getting out my leg out but this is a very deep spot am sure I can go a lot deeper but am not going to due to the cold at the moment.

Hehe, nice innovation there
If you had a friend with you, you could get them to sit on your shoulders (or stand if they have mad yoga skills).
I have to tell you, the freezing cold water that came out of my bathroom basin tap this morning was a stark reminder of just how cold the ground is at this time of year... It's up to you, but my (albeit unsolicited) advice would be to advocate waiting until spring/summer and look forward to that, because it'll be far more enjoyable (in a swimming costume with bare skin) and much safer. Alternatively, a weekend trip to the mediterranean or holiday in the southern hemisphere would do the trick. The sensuous, tactile aspect of sinking in mud is one of the best parts of the experience - it's more intimate and 'real' that way, plus it's really good for your skin too. Free mudbath FTW!

Re: Newbe
Hey guys ! I'm new to this community but not new to deep sinking. I live in the Surrey hills area (about 1 hr drive for both of you ). I have the perfect place ive been using for a few years now. Secluded , easy to clean up and has very deep clay like mud from a drained lake (surrounded by woods so no one can see ) . Its getting late in the season now with the temperature but I managed a sink up to my neck today and videoed it . Maybe you guys could PM me and we could get to know each other online for a while...see where it leads?
