After a series of emails, she did respond. Then she called me at a random time, literally seconds before I dashed out the door to meet my boo at the airport. We agreed to connect this morning at such-and-such a time.
And she stood me up.
I called her at the agreed-upon time, left a message telling her I was here and ready, and confirming both my home and cell phone numbers. 90 minutes later when I left for work, she'd not called. Across the day, no ring on my cell. When I got back home, no calls on the home phone.
I've been stood up by a phone sex operator! I don't know whether to laugh or to cry!!
I do think, though, that barring some profoundly innovative story, she's lost a perspective client.

I did think the gal who tried this was nice and she has a good phone voice, but she simply isn't here any more...guess she was just a momentary bubble in the bog.

Actually, a green screen room and green blanket combined with clever computer generated imagery and sound effects would do the trick at very low cost.
