Quicksand in Dreams

A few weeks ago, I had a dream where I was on the internet, reading a quicksand story. The story was of a girl plunging into deep mud wearing chest waders. Her waders flooded and she had an "accident" in her waders. I was actually visualizing the story in my dream. It was just starting to get good when I woke up. Now, the waders in quicksand part I understand, but as for the girl having an accident I have no idea how to explain.

Kid, you're obsessed with these accidents. You always write about them. Doesn't that have something to do with your dream? If you don't see the connection, oh my god.

I see that. Makes a lot of sense when I actually think about it. But from what I recall that was the first time it popped up in a dream. Maybe due to the fact that I'd just written a story where the main character has an accident (Camping Disaster).

Just dusted off this particular memory from 2011. It was the first QS dream I recall having.

What I remember is that it was related to Harry Potter, and that it was Hermione at the top of a hill sinking in a peat bog. I remember her saying, "Now what I'm going to show you is how to sink. It's like this..." Of course, she was as she appeared at the end of the 8th movie, so she was old enough to mention here unless I've massively messed up my HP lore. This was shortly after DH2 came out.
