I like ladies sinking in the same outfit but I do also like ladies in opaque tights/leggings with a white blouse and good skirt, preferably tartan.

Are there any female sinkers that wear this please?

One guy wanted me to wear wetlook leggings for him, which I bought but have only ever tried on for the fit. Tempting to wear those and if and when I get out to sink.
Oh tosh! Tanya retorted, quicksand churning,
Round her knees, then thighs, then oh dear!
It got intimate with her hips and her panties,
And squished rather funnily up her rear!

@ sinkingman61 Wetsuit works well & certainly keeps out the cold The downside is that it has about 7lbs 0f buoyancy in water so going much below chest deep is hard work Denim/jeans come up very well if put through the washing machine

Not a female sinker here, but i've used those boots, too (I guess you are referring to the classic english ones). They are great for exploratory missions as they give a couple more inches of protection than standard rubber-boots, but they are terrible to remove when they are flooded with mud aren't they?

Yes definitely classic English boots and they are indeed difficult to get off if they get muddy water in them. I don't have that problem if the mud/peat it nice and thick though!!

I know Mr. Highwayman has seen this story (he replied to it), but just in case anyone here didn't see it.
I’m not the person I was in 2016.

Personally, I definitely enjoy seeing panties in scenes. There's just something about it that sets it apart from bikini sinks.

I favor dresses for myself but am also partial to full body bloomers. Besides finding these items very sensual, I also find them very practical since I usually spend many hours covered in thick heavy mud when doing a mudpit. Most everything else I've ever worn tends to be constantly sliding off of me. The dresses I wear have wide shoulder straps that support the weight of the mud covered dress. The full body bloomers are great for keeping me warm and I often wear them under my dress. Something else I enjoy wearing that I never see mentioned is long skirts with a tied waist. I often wear a skirt up around my neck for extra warmth and because of the way it feels draped down on your arms.

My favorite sinking outfit is chest waders. Haven't had a proper sink in my waders yet... That is, until next week...

It's not possible for me to pick one option because I have worn many outfits while sinking and some mudpits are great for one thing while other mudpits are great for something else. The weather plays a big part in it too. If it's hotter than snot out, I'd just as soon dress light. If it's cooler, I've worn wetsuits or sweatshirts and sweatpants. Claypits are very sensual and I like dresses for those. I also like the really elegant long gowns with big skirts, but those are hard to get away with.

But, actually...what that model in your avatar is wearing is really good. I love the green camo and the pink accents make it very feminine.

I strongly prefer stockingfoot waders. They don't get you stuck.

So take your avatar, say they're real waders and that the feet don't have boots, and that is now an outfit I'd happily wear many times.

I don't normally write scenes or stories specifically about someone ending up in quicksand. I do however sneak quicksand and mud into my works, which I guess you guys can call an "easter egg" for the community. Maybe it's my passive/aggressive way of getting it out there without the general public knowing.

Because it's in context with the rest of...whatever story I'm writing, it usually has a bearing on the plot, and has the character dressed in appropriate clothing for the time/place, and their occupation. I'm currently writing a Civil War novel that has a couple scenes involving the main characters riding their horses through thick mud, references to wagons and cannons getting stuck, and a quicksand scene later in the book. It involves a young woman who has dressed as a man in the last months of the war. In a scene that is a bit of an homage to "The Dawns Here Are quiet, the young lady soldier, dressed in a ragged confederate uniform tries to cross a boggy area, churned up by a combination of torrential rainfall and long, intense battle. She gets stuck in deep mud in an old mostly collapsed trench, and after a scene of struggling, she goes under.

I kind of like seeing women "breaking the rules" of proper dress and behavior for their time period, bad girls of their day. Think old west outlaw girls, women acting as spies, bootlegger flapper girls, Joan of Arc-esque warrior women, etc. For modern scenes, biker chicks, goth girls, and women soldiers suffice just fine. :D

I would love to sink in medical scrub outfits or white painter's jeans with scrub shirt on or officer's shirt. I wanted to sink someday when time is right!
