Sinking today

Postby bikerdick9 » Tue Sep 15, 2009 11:57 pm

Went out to one of my fave sinkholes today, the edge of an island in a lake..about 20 years ago the island was made out of a mudflat by dredging a trench and pumping the muck into a retaining pond which settled and now has trees on it. The dredge trench is submerged except for a few days this time of year(like today) Over the years it has silted back in but is not as dense as the nearby mudflats. The first step is about knee deep and a minor amount of "march in place" I was waist deep and the firmer layer about a foot deep was supporting me by squeezing my crotch. some more wiggling and that layer released my tingling crotch and it was soon nipple deep. Felt soooooooo goooood....Ended up head tilted back and chin deep.

these pix are from a few years ago, same place

Long hair...muscular build...perfect scenery...dang good mudpit too...!

(Sigh...summer's ending)

So what if the pics are from a few years ago? A sight as nice as this can be recycled indefinitely.

This spot looks beautiful, sounds like an awesome spot.
Are those houses on the top of the hill in the far-off background?

I think that's what my Celtic ancestors called the Summerland. "As the name suggests, it is often envisaged as a place of beauty and peace, where everything people hold close to their hearts is preserved in its fullest beauty for eternity." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Summerland

Heaven is just another name for it.

unfortunately true, but that is what makes this place possible...no rain for a long time so that water levels are really low, weeks of sun on the mud to warm it to sensual temperatures...

yes those are houses a couple miles away. If they have telescopes they can watch the mud giving me full arousal as i wallow hard in the embrace of mother earth

rain has ended, but the water level is still about a foot too high.. weather service warnings still exist for low water alert Sept 27-28. usgs river forecast shows low water Sept 25-27

time to check over the tripod and remote bulb shutter mech for the camera.
