If you look up literally ANY topic, it will be pretty similar in tone. They are designed to be offensive to everyone. It happily tears to shreds anything and everything regardless of right wing or left wing or whatever. And it's hard to tell how much is satire and how much is people just being nasty, because of course the articles are written and edited by all manner of different people. It's all done "for teh lulz".

So yeah, no need for anyone to feel offended. The site has nothing nice to say about anyone or anything. And some of it actually is pretty hilarious. Mileage varies enormously depending on who came up with the article in question.
