Trying to locate exact data source of mud-sinking video

Hi everybody  ,
during a few researchs on the net, I've found two video sources who - I think - could be interesting.
these videos (who certainly are from the same sequence), well, er... probably may be a bit particular 'cause there is nudity inside (personnaly, I don't mind: everyone have a body, a head, two legs and two arms).
But, this detail out, sequence sounds technically very interresting; isn't it?
So, the links of these videos, titled "Trapped in mud", are the following:

Links removed

My question is the next: "Is one of you know where does the entire video come from? 'source/url, if it exist, of course :ugeek: ) ".
I've searched a bit everywhere on the web, but this is - for the moment - a fail :-?.

Thank you by advance :-D

Friendly

I've removed the links, as they are non-trailer copyrighted material from our producers.

The scene in question is "Push the Button" from MPV, which can be obtained from this DVD :http://www.quicksandvisuals.com/qsi.html or downloaded as an individual scene if subscribed and bought from Club MPV.

The main MPV forum is here:

Thank you very much Veridian,

You have fully answered my question, with a high efficiency.
About the story of non-copyrighted sequences, I try to understand, how these two parts have landed on the web, especially if they're under official licence (non-copyrighted trailers?). Isn't it a law violation, due to their actual location (commercial DVD)? :?:
I recognize being surprised about that little detail, sincerely.
I think I'm going to dig a bit deeper this question, only for personnal curiosity naturally ;) .

One more time, a big Thank you.

Take care of you :D

Have you fallen from the Moon? The Internet is full of pirated stuff, how it can surprise anybody?

You are correct. It is a law violation.

However, there is so very much of this happening that generally nothing is ever done unless there is a complaint. People who are computer-savvy seem to just love downloading, copying, re-editing/not bothering to re-edit...and posting things for the world to see that they didn't create themselves.

(Minor rant: I never understood this. I prefer to create my own stuff rather than to spread someone else's.)

YouTube is actually good at removing things, but a producer does has to file a complaint first and prove ownership of the video. I've been there and I've done it!

The fact of having been part of a commercial DVD is not relevant. The mere presence of a valid copyright notice on the original version makes it such. One person editing a video so as to remove the copyright notice and another posting it with the notice absent also makes no difference. It is up to the person posting (copying) to be certain what they post is legal for that. That is, technicalities do not absolve the person posting something of legal, not to mention moral, responsibility. One can be fine, rather heavily, not only for posting such material but even for having it on their storage media. I suppose an easy way to understand that point is to understand that having a copy of something illegally is possession of stolen property.

And then the part where it gets murky is that the copies are literally indistinguishable from the original, because, well, they're the same file.

Not arguing for piracy, people should totally support content creators so they can be paid for their work. But ownership of data is weird.

Good evening Hex and Nessie ;) ,

First, excuse me for the late of my answer: I had some high priority work to execute. So...
Thank you very much for all of these informations about copyright: it was exactly what I thought. The web site where I found the two parts of "Push the button" is fully in violation of th law.
About my potential fallen from the moon, well, er... indeed, you're partially right: I've regulary head here (laugh) . More seriously, I'm still surprised that a so specific material will be corrupted like that on the web. But, and you're fully right about it, Internet (and this is a real pity) is plenty of pirated programs, vids, musics, etc...
In a way, it can be explainable, looking to the universality of this cybernetic tool. But, and I integraly aggree about it, this is equal to steal the work of somebody else. Normaly, every work have to be paid; our society already have worked like that since, ow... a lonnnnng lonnnnng time ago, and it must continue on this (equal) base.

So, thank you one more time (I know: I repeat myself; may it be age [lol]) and, er... what have I missed?... <Tilt!> Found: I wish you all an excellent summer, and happy holidays.

Take care of you 8-)

Friendly,

Max.
