Old Yahoo Group- Gay Men In Quicksand-Lost Pic

About 10 years ago before what I refer to as the Great Purge, there was a group on Yahoo called Gay Men in Quicksand. There was one photo posted there that I never saved and have hunted for high and low since, but never found. The person who posted it said the got it out of an old National Geographic "book" on deserts. From the looks of it I would have said it was from the 90's. I think my question is does anyone here have any materials from that old group, or know where I might obtain that pic?
