Yes, it cam be done. You can make it a certainty by providing the outfit. I cannot guarantee the actress would be Japanese, however.

Yeah, what Fred says. The best way make it happen is to provide the specific wardrobe that you would like to see. You could even specify a specific model but that might complicate things. People still send email requesting things of performers who have been retired for fifteen years. Not that it doesn't make the producers or performers happy to get such requests but it's kind of unlikely to happen.

That's something that is generally better left to the people who hire models directly.

And, like Fred said, fans of specific clothing are the ones well suited to collect the items of their choice and provide them to a producer of their choice.

But as far as models go, I can think of one who would look fantastic in that attire, and I do plan to hire her again this season.

While not Japanese, I think the outfit would look well on Karma Ford.
