Quicksand Fans

Is there anybody else except me (and maybe Acidtester) who thinks that mud trippin has something to do with acid trippin? In terms of state of consciousness or anything else.

I have no idea. Some of my friends/neighbors would think it means ATV-ing.

I do, however, like to get drunk when I go get in mud, to dumb myself down into thinking quicksand is dangerous, makes the experience more thrilling. But being high on acid while in quicksand sounds like an interesting combination (I've done acid before, but not when sinking. Words can't describe it).

I sometimes find it close to a religious experience myself. The embrace of Mother Earth. . .

On acid, everything seems to be somehow liquefied, so QS on acid could be the ultimate experience
I think both acid trip and mud trip is about activating our old reptilian brain and being in the most basic (prenatal) state of consciousness.
