Quicksand Fans

For those few of us who cannot stand professional football and tend to be rather isolated when everyone else is doing the annual Super Bowl thing, you are invited to drop in to the chat room at quicksandland.com. I will have the room open and manned starting at least an hour before the game starts, and probably several hours. The game is next Sunday, Feb 4.

If you are a member at quicksandland.com you will find the chat room link near the top of the index page. The room is called the JungleLand Bar and Grill and is part of a site called PsychicWorldJungleLand.com but you no longer need a separate registration there.

I have done this every year for a while. Attendance has been sparse. However, if I hear from at least five people that they will drop in I can prepare a few stills to share dur9ing the chat. If less than that I will not bother.

I'd like to be there, as I mainly watch the ads (which I can usually catch later, if they're even worth watching, last batch I recall being a disappointment) only problem is I can't 100% promise that I'll be there, as my memory has its ups and downs.

Put a sticky note on the TV screen.

Barring connection glitches I will have the psychicworld JungleLand Bar and Grill chatroom manned by 4:00PM Central time today through the end of the SuperBowl. I may have it manned from time to time earlier as well but I might be away from my console for extended periods.

To join the chat, log in at quicksandland.com and then click on the chat room link near the top of the index page. The chat room will open in another tab in the same window but if you right click on the window you can change the tab to a new window, leaving the forum window open.
