Kham is absolutely correct. A wreck would also have issues with possible sharp edges, foreign material falling off and getting into the pit, and actual size as well as weight.

With the typical crew constraints, as well as site dimensions, there is only so much full-scale stuff you can do, and even half a hulk is way outside any useful parameters.

Ya'll don't get it.

I'm talking big yellow Bluebird here.

Maybe Greyhound.

Filled with more babes than a Memphis maternity ward.

Someday I'm going to sink the bus and the babes, full scale, no foolin' around.

It's been in research and development for years.

Wait for it. 8-)
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for over 20 years. Thank you.

Nah, by the time we pull the last cheerleader out, the bus will be too far under the surface to be a problem.

By the time we leave the area, nobody will know a bus was even there that day.

Maybe if these girls come on tour to the US, we can make some mods to their bus' GPS unit. . . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFZyKbKhyv8
