Quicksand Fans

I understand there's going to be a new series based on Swamp Thing. It's going to shoot in North Carolina and will be part of some sort of DC comics network online. Jennifer Beals is going to star and there's some miscellaneous hotties in lesser roles. Hopefully they will be swamp fodder.

Live. Shooting is reported to be underway. Local paper in Wilmington, NC has photos.

I see. The cartoon clip on the IMDB site threw me. Let's hope it's better than the 1990-1993 series attempt.
