Quicksand Fans

I was reminded of this old standby domain a few moments ago and Richard A. Wamsat, a real estate consultant specializing in foreclosures (mortgages gone underwater) owns it now. I wonder if he knows it's true history?

I have known about that for awhile. I clicked on some rusty dusty old link somewhere and there it was.

I suppose it's too much to ask to find out that he does indeed know, is one of us...and can get me some swampland at a discount.
