Dartmoor And Southwest England

Postby revenger6 » Fri Oct 04, 2019 10:04 am

Has anyone from here ever been up and sampled Dartmoor for good spots? I’m based in the southwest and not been having the greatest luck finding deep spots but I’m not too far away from Dartmoor and there are a few stories about that there are deep bogs there. Just wondered if anyone knows if they are worth a go.
Cheers

I have explored Dartmoor a fair bit, and the deepest bogs I have encountered there were around Raybarrow Pool.

Head towards this place, if you suddenly plunge into deep, liquid peat, you've found the right spot: https://goo.gl/maps/pq8bZxQCTxaUxj6o8
