Caught, trapped, sinking, sucked/sucking, swallowed/swallowing. Of course, there's also the sudden harried cry for help, (Oh Nonono!! I'm caught in Quicksand followed by "Save me!!" and then the pieces de resistance: "Oh God!! I can't get my arms out!!! Nooooooooooo!!!!!! Pleeeeaaasseee!!! I'm being swallowed Alive!!!!

"I'm being sucked in!"
"It's sucking me in!"
phrases to that effect

Definitely words like "squelch", "thick, "sticky" or "undulating" really get me going!

How about phrases like:
“ It’s not solid-I can’t get out of this!”
or
“I can’t reach anything to pull myself out!”
Followed by:
“HELP!”

How about, "I can't last much longer!" which is, I think, a direct quote from a character in quicksand in an an episode of Ramar of the Jungle. The episode was called "Thunder Over Sangoland."

I have a pretty long list of words that I think sound good when used to describe quicksand or being trapped in it!

A few of my favorites are enveloping, oppressive, hungry, and sucking for what the quicksand is doing or feels like. Stuck, helpless, trapped, and imprisoned for a person's situation in the quicksand. Soft, sticky, gooey, heavy and thick are good words for the physical texture of it. For the quicksand itself muck, sludge, bog, mire and morass sound nice to me.
