Quicksand Fans

I’m finally going to take the plunge and go visit the quarry outside somersham in the UK and explore it after *many* years of fantasising about doing so.

Has anybody here visited there or knows of any other great places in the east of the uk? (Yarmouth is way too public!)

I'm assuming you're going to wait until summertime? Wouldn't advise exploring anywhere in the UK in January!
