Just a few examples in Maine (where I am no where near) but has a lot of coastline -therefore tidal marsh areas:
shows tidal marsh:
https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/18274117?a ... gsnEjRcm9g
shows picture at low tide MUD:
https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/22559849?a ... TepVk397JM
Actually states "restful Marsh":
https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/38013580?a ... sIwZBNV57l
'
So there appears to be a lot of possibilities with this Airbnb if you are somewhat familiar with the area...
remember also with Maine for example - not many people are using pictures of their property at Low Tide with the mud exposed because most people don't like the sight of Mud (except us  )

Basically, yeah! Those places are exactly what I'm referring to! Like if an AirBnb has more private access to an estuary like that one does, it could work out well. If I'm going to travel to Maine, I'd need a place to stay anyhow. Thanks for sharing them. And exactly, we're interested in the low tide, not the "pretty" high tide photos hehe.
