AirBnb/vacation rentals with mud?

Had an idea while looking around on maps for potential mud spots..
I wonder if there are any AirBnb's/vacation rental properties that include access to mud. Something in the woods, or something along a tidal estuary somewhere. I figure both of those are fairly big tourist draws and there has to be one somewhere that has access to some private property with mud on it. Has anyone ever looked, or ever found something? That would certainly be a way of opening up some private property. For the record, I'm not suggesting anyone turns a rental place into a mud playground, just use it more for it's access to the property. And if you needed to find a hotel in the area to stay anyway...

Well, yeah I know of one. Its not listed with Airbnb but it ought to be well known to you.

Horseshoe Lake in Ocala, Florida has rental cabins with a bottomless peat bog in a retention pond behind them:

You mean a secluded sinking area on private property?
I doubt something like that exists at all outside of the controlled environment of a mudspa or a producers-area.
Just imagine the average family books such a kind of vacation. The kids wander off to explore the area, get stuck chestdeep in a bog, screaming children, screaming parents calling the firefighters and the police. Big headline in the local news, a nightmare for the insurance company and after that "going-out-of-business"...

I’m actually not referring to the one in Arkansas. I’m thinking one near a coast or lake that essentially provides access to some natural muddy areas.
Like how many estuaries out there would we all like to explore, but they’re on private property or really no access? What if there’s a place you can rent that just so happens to be in an area like that? Maybe with a trail down to a private beach, or some area that has wetlands that include some mud. I’m sure most Airbnb owners would not be aware enough of our interest to advertise mud, but if they advertise the wetlands, there may be some mud nearby.
That’s what I’m looking for...

If you are seeking a lace where the owner is unaware of nearby mud then I think it would be more effective (a LOT more effective) to just look for mud and then find a motel nearby.

The thing with that is, motels are often in more populated areas. What about a remote area? No motels, but vacation rentals. For instance, I was looking at a stretch of the coast in Spain. Lots of cool looking areas, but not always access to the less populated areas. Renting a house (if available) there would be a solution. It could get you access to some of that private property we all dream about. (I'm looking for natural areas)
