The good news there is that traditional rules of business finance no longer apply.
There are successful producers (more than one) that started with videos of their girlfriends uploaded to clip sites. Revenues from those sale were then used to hire professional models. This is just one of several ways to get started nowadays with little or no capital (other than a smart phone).
