Quicksand Fans

As early as my teenage years I knew that I had a 'thing' about seeing women sink into deep mud and quicksand.

Later on, with the advent of the internet I encountered like-minded people on various websites and forums. A common theme that many QS folk shared was a keen interest in one particular aspect of the sinking - the moment when the girl goes under and is lost beneath the quaking, bubbling surface of the mud.

I'm not sinker myself, but I understand that those who enjoy the experience also anticipate that final moment when all air and light disappears and the mud closes over you.

But why? In some ways I'm still as mystified by myself now as I was when I was a teenager. What's going on in my psyche and in my sexuality that links drowning in quicksand to erotic excitement?

If anyone here has any insights or ideas, I'd be interested to read them. And I suspect I'm not alone.

I have no formal training in psychology but my theory has always been that quicksand form a sort of double metaphor. Sinking a struggling is a sort of metaphor for sexual foreplay (especially in an erotic scene) and submergence is a metaphor for climax.

For me, there are several moments (or any moment, depending on the situation) that work.

Honestly, I have zero clue how any of this works. It's arousing enough to keep me watching and enjoying it, but I'm just not sure how I was even able to catch on.

Sex is a primal sensation. So is a threat to one's life. In a way, they are linked, because the primal instinct is to reproduce. to procreate. before dying in order to perpetuate our speces or our genetec line.

So. Going under in quicksand means no more air and therfore perishing. It means that as you go down and under, procreateing becomes mandatory and urgent. never mind that you dont have a mate right there to procreate with (who would obviously perish as well) - your sex organs dont know that it is futile by this time. they just do as they are desined to do. it would not be at all surprising to be aroused or even climax before or after you go under in a last desparate attempt to procreate.

as to seeing someone else sink, maybe a part of you is imaging yourself being the one sinking, or empathizing with them and instinctly knowing they would have the same last desperate instinct to procreate.

I have fantasized many, many, many times about sinking, going under and the quicksand coming inside me and filling my lungs and dooming me, and without fail I am aroused and close to climax just by fantasizing it happening.

just for contrast, i have zero interest in having the damsel go under, or in grim endings
to each his/her own!

Going under was not part of my fetish until i did experience it myself.
From the "real" perspective it's some kind of ultimate sensation that finishes your struggle to sink (and going seriously deep in thick stuff is quite some work). The mud is now pressing against all of your body and your senses are all blacked out except the one to feel. That's really hard to describe.

For the videos i do want my models to get back up of course. There more she is covered in mud, the better!

If you want to, you could always edit your first post to make any changes (pencil icon). For example, each time I post a new adventure or video, I always edit my first post in the thread, changing the subject to reflect the date of the latest update.
