Had seen this picture afew times but never been able to find its origin.

Using reverse image search, it seems to originate from a photograph by Will Merzlak on DeviantArt. He lists the models name is Sky Turp.
Unfortunately it does not appear to be from any video. There is another clay photo with the same model on his page however.

I've seen that one before and wondered the same. Thanks for the intel, shame there isn't video
