Welcome...home!

Those who attend the Rainbow Family of Living Light (hippie) festival each year follow a little tradition being as that festival is the only time for many of us that we get to visit "family", as it were. Anyone arriving, and, at any time, anyone you meet is always greeted with "Welcome Home!" as a way of making everyone feel welcome and part of the family indeed...

Well, this forum has been a long time comin', and it's been rough waitin' fer it all these years, but, well, here we are, we're here now, Welcome Home!...

I see lots of familar folks here, Welcome Home!...

And, I, me, myself, and I, uh, all of us, hey, we're back too, and, believe me, it's good to finally be home, so, to Dave, Fred, Robert, Duncan, and Michael, a very special thanks!

And to everyone else and myself, I'd just like to say...

WELCOME HOME!!!

Mudxdresser, verily, I say you were a prophet without honor in your own country a while back. I am honestly happy to see you here. Welcome home indeed. 8-)
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for over 20 years. Thank you.

nachtjaeger flames mudxdresser , just for old times' sake, because it wouldn't be a QS forum without a pointless flame war :ugeek:

I realize that almost nobody on this board will get it, but...

WELCOME HOME!

Hey all, glad to be here! Formerly "JenintheMidwest" on the old (and other) forum(s), now simply "Jen" here! :)

I'm glad the link was posted on Deep Sinking; I kept going to a site called Trapped in Quicksand that I figured was it! Hah!

Hello all -

Well, I'm in as well. At least Chest Deep.

Thank you so very much to Dave, Fred, Robert, Duncan, and Michael and any, as yet, unnamed entities that rose up from the depths to generate all we see and read here. The site looks awesome.

Wow... So happy to see this new forum! I was a long time lurker on Deep Sinking and am a big fan of mudxdresser. Glad to see that he has "resurfaced" here after a lengthy absence.

Guess I'd better find myself a suitable avatar since I'm now officially a member of what will become the BEST quicksand forum. Thanks to all involved with getting this forum up and running. And in the words of mudxdresser...WELCOME HOME indeed!!!

It makes me happy to see that we have a new home. I look forward to see what will be posted here! Thank you , Dave, Fred, Robert, and Micheal (and anyone else who helped in creating this). It's also nice to see old names as well as new ones.

Wow! I got that feeling that we all just yelled "Bus driver! MOVE THAT BUS", and Ty is here welcoming us home! Yeah, some people in my house watch too much of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition! Thanks so much for providing a place for us to escape!
