Quicksand Fans

If you are like me, ANYTHING is better than watching professional football. Therefore, every year I make sure to man the PsychicWorld JungleLand chat room during the game, in case anyone is interested. Maybe, you just do not have access to televised water polo for an alternative. Anyway, although the chat room is always open, I will have it manned starting about an hour before game time. So come on in, order a plate of boar ribs and maybe a mixed drink, and chat. Conversation is open. you can talk about quicksand, or maybe even football if you have to.

I should have added: To get to the chatroom you have to be registered as a member of quicksandland.com. There is no cost to join but it keeps out most spammers. Just go to that site and sign up. It is not possible to join using a disposible email address - your initial password will be sent to the address you enter and that takes long enough that it will expire. Contact me directly if you have difficulty.

This is still on for anyone wishing to chat during the game. If no one is there by halftime, however, I will thrown in the towel nd ret my eyes. Please note that when you get to th chatroom, our name will appear in the ist to the right, along withwhomever else is logged in. I, or others, might be nearby bt not atually sitting in front of their screens, so give say something and allow tme for responses.

While I may not have much time to actually chat until lete this afternoon, the PsychicWorld Jungleland cat room is now open and will remain so all day. If anyone wishes to try a test connection, just say something when you arrive and give me time to reply - I will be nearby but not necessarily at my internet console. I may be at the editing console a few feet away, making a meal in the next room, or whatever,

Note, also, that the web site has a whole trail-system full of places you can go bt the chat room does not go with you when you move around.
