Quicksand Fans

Ingrid decides not to let a little mud get in the way of her rescuing Ronda. She offers her hand once more and Ronda gladly accepts. Trying hard to maintain her balance, Ingrid resumes pulling. More of Ronda's muddy shape slowly re-emerges. Meanwhile Suzi remarks "I really don't want put any more pressure on you, but... I don't think I can stay afloat much longer." Suzi is to her cheeks in the bog and getting more worried about her fate by the second. Then things get even worse and Ingrid's feet slip. Unable to regain her footing, she moves closer to Ronda and sinks deeper. Ronda notices that Ingrid is still sinking and stops pulling. "You need to save yourself first, or we will both go under here," she advices Ingrid. The swamp slowly reclaims the few inches of Ronda's muddy shape that temporarily escaped its grip. Ingrid ends up chest-deep and sinking deeper still. She is no longer in any position to help Ronda.

What will the girls do, now that all of them are sinking?

I wonder if it’ll matter between struggling or calling for help.

If they struggle, it’ll be a faster end for them.

If they stop moving and call for help, if no one else is around, they’d just be delaying the inevitable.

I'd try to take Rhonda's advice but it doesn't look good for either of them now......

Hear me out: if they call for help, maybe we’ll get another girl into this messy situation, which means more fun in the long run

Right now it is a very close race between the first two options. There is one week left to decide what will happen next.

And here I was thinking that the objective was to rescue as many as possible.

I'm greedy; it would be great if all 3 of them could be rescued, but it would also be great to have all of them (or possibly even more ladies) sink deeper first.

Although I feel like when part 3 started, the chances of escape had already ... sunk way down.

Maybe the person in the distance will hear them and arrive with a branch. Though that's a lot of distance to cover before they all sink under.
