"Eye of the Cat" Available

"Eye of the Cat" is now available at modcinema.com, however, they are offering two versions. One is the heavily edited television version and the other is the theatrical release. It is said that much of the ending of the television version was redone and is very different from the theatrical version. At least one of the versions apparently ends with a slow male quicksand sink.

The problem is, which version is this in? Or is it in both? Has anyone here ever seen either version? Thanks!
