How do I find mud to sink into?
I don't have literally any place on a mudmap in my country expect one far city. How do I find place to sink into? I know nearby forest very good and know my city climat to be sure there's no even knee deep forest mud, not talking about deep of creamy ones. How do theese even form? Like to hear geological context about mud forming.

You’ll want to look for water, rivers/streams have a way of depositing sediment around areas where they bend/ feeders dump in. Places with old beaver dams especially since the trees are cleared out and the area is/was flooded.

A while back, I posted a detailed report on how to find places to sink (don't know if any links are broken or outdated):

It's just a matter of going out there and exploring whats around you, from rivers and becks under bridges to water ways and streams in woodland, there's always something out there waiting to be found
