Quicksand Fans

has anyone ever been stuck in deep mud...I have this weekend. I went for a drive on this dirt road to see the fall colors, I drive an 05 Chevy Suburban and its also a 4x4, Ive been on this road a few times in the past but the recent rains have soften things up, I drove thru a spot onto the road that seemed ok and just as I drove in *Shluup* my back wheels dug in so I put it in 4x4 thinking I would drive right thru ....not exactly I managed to drive ahead 5-6 feet and all 4 wheels dug and sunk in...uhg i thought 4x4,s could do better than that, my back wheels were almost covered and front wheels half covered in thick clay...luckly i had a shovel in the back,lots of digging and shovelling, putting wood pieces and rocks around the tires finally was able to back free 2 hrs latter...I backed all the way out,no where to turn around...morale of the story..look before you leap

Swen should make an ad of this set here! From what I've seen from carstuckgirls, I remember bikini girls that fall down in mud, I remember mud wrestling girls, but I never have seen girls that sank so deep in mud there!

I sunk my Wrangler up to the headlights once in a coal quarry. Ended up having to drag myself through the mud to get out of the truck, walked 2 miles to the nearest gas station and ended up freaking the attendant and customers out. Good times.
