I totally agree, especially with beautiful female vocals. This is my favorite genre after good old prog rock of the 70-80s. It happened so that I haven't heard Evanescence before. My favorites are Incubus Succubus from Britain and Artrosis from Poland. By the way, Artrosis recorded an album called Fetishnachtjaeger wrote:Lyrical Goth Metal- gotta love it!

Seems that Amy Lee would've done well in the 70's and 80's. Perhaps we all should be thankful for her bringing the 70's and 80's back into the present.
