What would be your ideal quicksand scene/fantasy/situation?

I don't know whether this has been asked before (please point me in the right direction if it has!) but what would be the ideal quicksand scene/fantasy/situation for readers, if they could have their ideal?

The kind of thing I'm thinking about is: would it involve you sinking, or somebody else; male or female (if somebody else); does the person who is sinking go under or get out before then; do they escape on their own or does somebody help them out? What other factors would readers like to see?

Hope nobody minds that I've posted the question, but I thought that as this is a quiet time for quicksand-lovers (especially in the northern hemisphere!) it mght be interesting as a discussion.

I remember a topic more or less similar to this one, but the questions here are more specific, so I believe this topic can live separately

Well, in my fantasies, which I still hope to materialize in a shape of illustrated story or comic:

- The victim is always female, more specifically - a girl of 18-24 years approximately (where exactly 18 should be translated as "I agree to obey the rules")
- She gets stuck in mud/quicksand accidentally, the place should conceal the danger. It must look realistic. Possible option, however, is the girl goes in the mud intentionally, but to her surprise she can't get out.
- Slow sinking is not necessary. Say, good option is the girl jumps on the sand or on a muddy place from a small cliff and instantly gets in to her armpits.
- The victim can't get out on her own, whatever she tries to do. This is the most important part. However, she may be somehow experienced, so that she can give instructions to those who try to rescue her.
- No submergence. Well, could be, for additional drama, but in fact I don't like it
- No grim endings ever!
- I don't imagine myself as a victim (obviously), but (surprisingly) I rarely imagine myself as a rescuer, too.
- The rescuer may be male or female. Male could be a guy of matching age, or an older man. Females are the girls of the same age as victim, could be either friends or rivals, doesn't matter.
- Now the most important. The main part of the scene is the long and difficult rescue, where the rescuers try different methods, fail, try something else, get exhausted, some of them (or all of them) get stuck themselves.
- Finally happy end, everybody is saved, rivals become the best friends, etc.
- Eroticism is very optional.

That's it. I always used to tell that I'm not a mainstream guy here

I got an impression that the mainstream is: very slow sinking, starting from ankle-deep, submergence is mandatory, rescue is optional

Billie: I dunno. From what I've seen of the vids on here, the sinking is usually faster than that.

Now, I'm guessing I'm something of a perv, because I like a gal who isn't at all well dressed. (A skinny-dipper on her way to the water is perfect for me, though some woman out in the wild with a short skirt, white tank top, and diving shoes and nothing else would be just as fun)

I'm more of a "stuck" fan, so mud that is thick and sticky is what I want to see a girl caught in. I love it when the girl's exertions and the mud noises make sounds almost like sex. (sucking noises from the mud and groan/grunts as the woman is trying to move) Ya. I'm a perv.

I'm not one for grim endings. If it were my choice, I would be the one to do the rescue, though maybe with the help of one or more other women. If it took a few hours for me and a pair of athletic women to get a 3rd woman out of the mud, I'd have the fantasy afternoon of my life, so far.

Remember that there is a difference between mainstream preferences for quicksand scenes and the videos available to the community. It's very difficult for a producer to emulate the slow sinking from the ankles, hence why most videos tend to be the more realistic fast-sink but long duration for staying stuck.

For me, and I guess for a lot of people, I prefer a scene to have as much sinking as possible. This could be from starting from a relatively safe depth to gradually struggling to stay afloat; or it could be multiple sinks from failed escape/rescue attempts; or having more than one person sink in sequence. I'm not too much of a fan of someone being stuck at a certain depth for too long. To me, the sinking aspect is the unique part of the quicksand interest, in contrast with a more general stuck or mud fetish.

in my idea, a Jungle Girl (or spy or superheroine) has been captured by some bad, bad men (or women)... tied up, clothes half off... our heroine gets away and bunders into quicksand... slowly, slowly sinks, struggling all the while... so much struggling that what's left of her clothes just can't contain her heaving bosom... just as the sands reach her neck, i come along to rescue her... <daydreams>

I'm with MadMax. A stuck woman can be rescued, and might think of the rescuer as a hero. Having an attractive naked woman who feels you're her hero cradled in your arms is a GOOD thing!

I often wonder what our individual taste in quicksand fantasy says about sex in our real lives. My fantasies would generally be regarded as "over the top" and have no basis in reality at all. Don't know if that's good or bad.

Never do anything small was a line repeated to me by a particular performer who practiced what she preached. (You could take that several ways) I regard this as sage advice and generally maintain it in my favorite fantasies, which are many. I'm always joking about sinking just a bus load of cheerleaders to avoid straining credulity. (HA!) In reality my fantasy is more like a load of Playboy Playmates. I like numbers. Lots and lots of simultaneous or closely spaced sinks. Couple something like this with dominant sex, not big on foreplay while watching or participating and you get close.

Sometimes it gets more stylized, less well defined, like fashion models of all types walking off the end of the runway into a bog. The variety of women and wardrobe is endless and so are their reactions. Some are terrified, some aroused, some playful, some engage in ferocious lesbian love as they all in turn go under.

And then there's MY island. MY personal tropical bog and babe infested paradise of Haleaukeloa somewhere out in sea of dreams. It is populated by women of a wide range of types and ages who share the common desire to blunder into quicksand and keep me happy. It's all they care about. Just ME on MY boggy island.

I could go on and on and still only scratch the surface. The great thing about fantasy is that it doesn't have to be possible or even plausible. Disney, Spielberg, Hefner, Tolkien, they all understood this. Fantasy just gives you a target and I like to aim high.
